About Rachel Breed

Rachel is originally from Forks but was raised in the Sequim/Port Angeles area, graduating from Port Angeles High School in 2003, and Whatcom Community College in 2009. She moved back to Forks in 2010 with her husband. She has two daughters and a Jack Russell Terrier. What she loves about the area: I love raising my children in Forks, it’s still one of those old-fashioned, small-town communities;  I know my neighbor’s names, their children’s names, and their dog’s names. We are surrounded by the Olympic National Park with so much to do from canoeing, hiking, beach combing, and on those stormy days we cuddle up and read books or go splash around in puddles. I love real estate and how everyday is different. I enjoy  learning and how technology has evolved and benefited the industry. I’m excited to see that professionals are no longer tied to their offices in the city and can work from home and have a great quality of life and enjoy the peace and beauty of the North Olympic Peninsula.

Zoning expert

Living in the Pacific Northwest, the terrain can vary. Having a knowledgeable, local expert can help you with questions about critical areas, wetlands, riparian zones, 100-year flood, as well as city and county zoning restrictions. We are not afraid to get our feet dirty and are willing to show you properties in remote areas that most agents wouldn’t dream of going.
